How to Place an Order
Orders can be placed here on our website by selecting the trees you'd like and paying via credit card or by mailing a check.
To pay with a credit card: Select the "Credit Card"
option at checkout and enter your card information.
To pay with a check: Select the "Pay by Check" option at checkout,
add the statement "Pay with check" to the notes section and place your order. Then,
print a copy of your order and mail it along with your check payment to Paint Creek Nursery, 3215 N. 140th Ave., Cadott, WI 54727.
Paying 25% secures your order: If your order total is greater than $200, this payment option allows you to pay a non-refundable deposit of 25% of your total by check or credit card. Balance is due prior to shipping or at time of pick up.

Timing
We begin taking orders shortly after inventory in mid-August. We stop taking orders when stock is depleted or trees can no longer be lifted in the spring. As a rule, the earlier you place your order the better, we often sell-out of popular items before the end of the previous year.
A 20% shipping and handling fee will be charged to all shipping orders, with a $15.00 minimum per order.
To avoid shipping and packaging costs we suggest picking up your trees up at the nursery. Picking up helps avoid any delays.
When placing your order, you can request a ship date and all effort will be made to meet that date. However, NO date can be guaranteed due to wildly fluctuating spring conditions.
You can cancel your order before March 1st and receive a full refund of your 25% deposit. After March 1st, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If order is paid in full and canceled AFTER March 1st, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
